Supplement Ratings

Ratings are in order of scientific evidence. More orange bottles = better.

  The best evidence base possible. Proven to be effective.

  Reasonably good evidence. Has a good chance of working.

  Fairly decent evidence. Could benefit some individuals.

  Weak evidence. Try it if you must.

  Evidence very weak or too under-researched to draw
conclusions.

  No evidence. A complete waste of time.
